摘要
近年来,国外对我国出口产品的反倾销指控日益增多,我国成为了世界上反倾销浪潮中的受害者之一。针对此种状况,我国应充分利用加入经贸的有利条件,行使成员国的合法权益,有重点、有针对性地采取相应的措施,积极应诉,改变我国在国际贸易纠纷中的不利地位。
in these years, more and more anti -dumping accusations from foreign countries against China occur. China has become the biggest victim in these things. Facing the situation, we should utilize the advantageous conditions after entering WTO, exert the legal rights and take the relevant measurements to reply the litigations in order to change the disadvantageous position in the international trade.
