摘要
人力资源是提高高职院校竞争力、发展力的关键因素,人力资源管理是高职院校管理的核心内容。通过对当前我国高职院校人力资源开发所存在问题的分析,为构建高职院校可持续发展的质量保障体系,科学合理地提出了高职院校人力资源管理的新理念、新方法。
The human resource is the key factor on promoting the competition and development of higher vocational colleges, and the management of human resource is the core of management of higher vocational colleges. This article analyzes the existing problems of the present exploitation of human resource in higher vocational colleges of our country, and comes up with scientific and reasonable new concepts and methods of the management of human resource in higher vocational colleges, which can really help us establish the sustainable and developing system of quality insurance of higher vocational colleges.
