摘要
制备烟酰水杨酸(Nicotinylsalicylic acid,NSA)缓释片,对其释放度进行研究,并确定其工艺流程和制备方法。采用转篮法考察缓释片的释放度,以高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定烟酰水杨酸缓释片的累积释放浓度,并进行释放机制的研究。烟酰水杨酸缓释片的体外释放符合Higuchi方程。缓释片处方合理,工艺简单,相对于其普通片释药延长。体外释放度实验结果表明制备的烟酰水杨酸缓释片具有缓释作用。
To prepare sustained release Nicotinylsalicylic acid tablet, and study its release properties. And the optimal formulation and technology of the tablet were obtained. Methods the concentration of Nicotinylsalicylic acid were determined by HPLC with rotating basket. The accumulation release rates of Nicotinylsalicylic acid and the release mechanism was studied. Results: the release of Nicotinylsalieylic acid was conformed to the Higuchi equation. The technology of preparation of sustained release Nicotinylsalicylic acid tablets is simple, and compared with the normal tablets, sustained release Nicotinylsalicylic acid tablets were easy to be prepared and had long release time. The study of the release property of sustained release Nicotinylsalicylic acid tablet had indicated that the release rates were sustained.
