摘要
目的调查了解老年人中药物不良反应(ADR)的发生趋势,为临床合理用药提供可靠依据。方法采用回顾性调查的方法,对宣武医院790例ADR报表按照老年组与成年组进行统计对比分析。结果引起ADR的主要药物为抗感染药物和中药,最常见的ADR表现为皮疹。结论应加强对抗感染药物的用药指导,尤其是为老年人设计更加合理的给药方案,并提高对中药引起ADR的重视。
Objective To find out the trend of the adverse drug reactions （ADRs） of aged and adult patients, then direct the clinical administration. Methods Retrospective analysis of adverse drug reactions（ADRs） happened was performed in 790 of aged and adult patients in Xuanwu Hospital. Results The antibiotics and traditional Chinese medicines resulted in most common ADRs. And the most common ADR was rash. Conclusion It is important to give the patients some advice in using antibiotics,especially in aged patients. And more attention should be paid to the traditional Chinese medcines related to ADRs.
