摘要
目的在心肌灌注断层显像定量分析软件的使用过程中,逐步建立和完善参考数据。方法推导使软件能够进行机器学习的公式,并编程实现该功能。结果软件可随时根据新的正常人数据自动刷新现有参考数据,逐步提高参考数据的可信度;并能恢复原参考数据,消除误操作的影响。结论可在使用过程中逐步提高定量分析软件诊断的可靠性。
Objective To establish and consummate the quantitative analysis reference database along with the use of the software for myocardial perfusion computed tomography. Methods Some formulas for establishing and consummating the reference database of machine learrfing was deduced, and then programs were developed to realize it. Results The software can use new data of normal people at any time to refresh the existing reference database, and thus, the reliability of the reference database may be improved gradually. In addition, the original reference database can be restored to eliminate the influence of wrong operations. Conclusion The credibility of the diagnosis given by the software can be improved along with the use.
