供精者解脲支原体感染与精液参数的相关性研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨供精者解脲支原体感染与精液体积、精子密度及运动参数的关系。方法96例供精者精液取出后即无菌接种于解脲支原体液、固体培养基;精液完全液化后,按照世界卫生组织推荐的标准和方法进行分析,运动参数的获得是通过计算机辅助精子分析系统。结果精液解脲支原体培养阳性和阴性供精者各项精液参数,以及同一供精者精液解脲支原体培养阳性与经敏感药物治疗转阴后各项精液参数差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论精液解脲支原体培养结局与精液体积、精子密度及运动参数无明显相关。 Objective To study the relationship between the semen ureaplasma urealyticum (UU) infection and the semen volume, the sperm concentration and the sperm motion parameters in sperm donors. Methods The semen UU infection was tested by culture. Semen analysis was performed according to the World Health Organization criteria. The sperm motion parameters were tested by the computer- aided sperm analysis system. Results No difference was detected in regard to the mean values of semen volume, sperm concentration and motion parameters between UU positive donors and negative donors, UU positive semen and negative semen of the same donor( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion There is no correlation between UU positivity and semen volume, sperm concentration and motion parameters.
