摘要 以不同管径、横向管距和纵向管距的顺列光管管束以及不同速度、粒径、密度的飞灰颗粒为研究对象,通过数值计算,分析了烟气颗粒横掠顺列光管管束的运动规律,建立了飞灰颗粒通过率的数学模型。研究结果可为循环流化床锅炉尾部顺列布置的卧式空气预热器、过热器、再热器和省煤器减轻磨损提供设计依据。 Taking smoothtube bundles of inline arrangement with different tube diameter, different transverse and longitudinal tubepitches, as well as particles in flue gas with different speed, different particle size and particle density as studied objects, the movement regularity of particles in flue gas flowing across smoothtube bundles of inline arrangement has been analysed through mathematical calculation, and mathematical model of passage rate for particles in flue gas being established. Results of said study can provide design basis for honrizontal air preheater, superheater, reheater, and economizer all with tubebundles of inline arragement in the tailsection of circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boilers for preventing wornout.
