摘要 5种含水量(5%~1%)的大白菜87-3种子,分别在4种温度下(-20℃、4℃、常温、40℃)贮藏3年,其生活力在常温贮藏与在-20℃、4℃下贮藏没有显著差异,40℃贮藏种子生活力明显下降,4℃及常温下超干贮藏3年对大白菜种子生活力没有影响。87-3在常温贮藏的最佳含水量约为3%~2%。 Chinese cabbage (87-3) seeds, with five levels of moisture content 5%~1 %.were stored for three years in four temperature (-20℃, 4℃, room temperature, 40℃ )respectively and their viability were measured in this experiment. The result is summarized as follows: Seeds'viability stored in room temperature is the same as those in -20℃ and 4℃, but viability of seeds stored in 40℃ reduced significantly. Viabilities of Chinese cabbage seeds haven't changed after they were treated with ultra-drying and stored in room temperature and 4℃respectively. The most suitable moisture content of 87-3, stored in room temperature, is about 3 % ~ 2% .
