摘要
结合一工程实例,本文提出了1000级洁净室采用顶送单侧下回气流组织的设想,给出了该气流组织下换气次数和常规气流组织下换气次数的关系,分析了该气流组织用于小面积1000级洁净室的经济性、实用性和节能性。根据实测结果,描述了新型气流组织下洁净室浓度场和净化效果,并对适合于这种气流组织的1000级洁净室面积作了计算。
Taking consideration of an engineering project, a new airflow pattern-ceiling air supply and one down-side wall air return pattern used in calss 1000 clean rooms is presented in this paper. The relationship between the airchange times under the new airflow pattern and that under the regular airflow pattern is given. The economization and practicability of the new airflow pattern used in class 1000 clean rooms was examined. Based on measured results, the particle concentration distribution and air cleaning effect in the clean room under the new airflow pattern are described. The maximums of allowed clean room areas, suited to the airflow pattern, are calculated.
