现代大型造纸机械的循环润滑系统在长期运转中,油品性能容易受到水分、高温等的影响,上述情况将直接影响润滑系统的工作状况。同时润滑系统维护好坏,直接影响纸机的运行速度和纸张的成形效果,某些时候需要对润滑系统进行冲洗,本文就润滑系统需要执行冲洗的几种情况,以及如何选择冲洗油,如何执行冲洗过程进行了论述。
In the longtime run of circulating lubrication system in modern paper machines, the lubricant properties are susceptible to water and high temperature, etc. and thus the working condition of lubrication system is directly affected. At the same time, the maintenance of the circulating system will affect the running speed of the paper machine and the forming quality of paper so washing of the system is needed. The situations that require washing, how to select washing oil and how to perform washing are discussed in detail in this article.
