摘要
目的:观察鼻内窥镜下手术治疗鼻源性眼球突出的疗效。方法:对以单侧眼球突出为主症的筛窦、额窦病变患者行鼻内窥镜外科手术。结果:观察13例患者,显效11例,有效2例。患者突眼、视力下降及头痛等症状消失或明显改善。结论:对筛窦额窦良性病变所致单侧眼球突出及视力下降者,及时行鼻内窥镜外科手术,疗效良好,安全可靠。
Objective：To observe the effect of treatment of rhypenous unilateral exophthalmoses with the nasal endoscopes. Methods：The patients got ethmoidal lesion with exophthalmos were operated under nasal endoscopas. Results： 11 among the 13 cases operated are of obvious curative effect,and active for the other 2 cases. Conclusions： With high effective rate,the operation under the nasal endoscopas to patients with ethmoidal lesion with unilateral exophthalmos and hypopsia,is a safe and reliable method.
