摘要 目的观察微创穿刺引流治疗高血压脑出血的疗效及相关因素。方法采用头颅CT定位,YL-I型颅内血肿穿刺针穿刺和生理盐水等量冲洗,尿激酶溶解血肿治疗40例高血压脑出血患者,并与对照组32例比较。结果治疗组生存率和神经功能恢复均优于对照组。结论本方法创伤小、疗效好,可显著改善预后,降低病死率。 Objective To observe the curative effect and related factors of drainage treatment by mini - puncture for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods The hematoma location was confirmed by CT. 40 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in experimental group were treated with mini - puncture drainage by YL - 1 paracentetic needl. Urokinase was used to lysis the hematoma. 32 patients in control group received conservative treatment. Results Both survival rate and recovery of neurological function in experimental group were better than that in control group. Conclusions This is effective treatment for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage with mini - incision, It can improve the prognosis and decrease the mortality rate of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.
