摘要
目的探讨功能性室性早搏的治疗及长期随访结果。方法对181例功能性室性早搏患儿随机分组并观察药物治疗效果及转归。结果功能性室性早搏患儿治疗组与对照组间在早搏转归方面无统计学差异,其预后良好。结论功能性室性早搏患儿无需长期抗心律失常治疗。
Objective To explore the treatment of functional ventricular premature beats and report the result of long term follow up of it.Methods 181 children were divided into 3 groups （treatment group, placebo group and control group）, each groups were treated with different drugs. The curative effects and prognosis of them were observed. Results The differences of therapeutic group and control group were insignificant. Conclusions Children with functional ventricular premature beats needn＇t be treated with anti- arrhythmia drugs for a long time.
