摘要
采用Nd∶YAG调Q激光器输出的1.06μm光脉冲泵浦掺铬镁橄榄石(Cr4+∶Mg2SiO4)晶体,实现Cr4+∶Mg2SiO4激光器的增益开关运转.Cr4+∶Mg2SiO4在46 mJ的泵浦能量下,输出激光脉冲的中心波长约为1.22μm,能量和脉宽分别为4.8 mJ和8.2 ns,其光-光转换效率达到12%.同时,研究激光器的光-光转换效率随聚焦透镜焦距的变化特性.
Chromising forsterite ( Cr^4+ : Mg2SiO4) crystal was pumped with 1.06 μm light pulse from a Q-switched Nd : YAG laser, the gain switching operation of chromising forsterite laser was realized. Using pumping energy of 46 mJ to pump chromising forsterite crystal, the output laser pulse with the energy of 4.8 mJ and pulse duration of 8.2 ns and central wavelength near 1.22 μm was obtained, the light-light transfer efficiency was up to 12 %. Furthermore, the changing properties of the light-light transfer efficiency versus to the focal length of the lens were investigated.
