摘要
应用有限元软件Msc.Marc_AutoForge对圆柱体的热模锻过程进行模拟,得到了模具的瞬态温度场。在多次热模锻过程的求解中,提出热交换平衡法计算出每次模锻过程的模具冷却时间,并求出20次热模锻过程中模具的温度场进行对比,为进一步对模具进行热力耦合分析提供了新思路。
The hot forging process of a cylinder is simulated by FEM software Msc. Marc_AutoForge. The transient temperature field of the die is obtained. In many times of calculations of hot forging, hot exchange balance method is put forward to calculate every die cooling time, which is compared with twenty die temperature fields in hot forging. It provides a new way to thermal-mechanical coupling analysis for the die.
