摘要
全面建设小康社会是我国在新世纪确立的一个发展目标。少数民族地区由于一些自然的、历史的原因 ,使其在全面建设小康社会的过程中遇到许多困难和挑战。在迎接挑战和解决困难的过程中 ,少数民族干部起着决定性作用。因此 ,按新形势新要求培养、选拔、任用高素质的少数民族干部 ,加强少数民族干部队伍建设 ,对我国少数民族地区全面进行小康社会建设具有重大的现实意义。
Building a relatively comfortable society is our objective for development in the new age. Because of some natural and historical factors, the minorities areas are facing many difficulties and challenges. But the minorities cadres play a very important role in overcoming these difficulties. So in the new situation, to cultivate, select and appoint minorities cadres with high quality and strengthen the cultivation of minorities cadres is of great significance to the builling of a comparatively comfortable society in the minorities areas.
