摘要
良心作为人类最古老的道德范畴 ,它与人们的生活息息相关。它是人内心深处最隐蔽的个体行为道德调节器 ,同时也是人的内心世界的高级自我法庭 ,对人的行为的选择和评价扮演着道德天使的角色。社会主义市场经济条件下进行道德建设 ,有必要进一步培养唤起社会主义新型从业者高尚的道德责任感和良心感。
As the oldest category of morality, conscience is closely related to people＇ s life. It is the adjustor of the mind and the higher court of human＇ s inner world. It has great influence on the choice and judgement of human behaviour. In the socialist market economy, the building of morality calls for further cultivation of con- science to improve the moral responsibility and sense of conscience of the new socialist employees.
