摘要
本文采用TLC法进行族组分分离及硅醚化衍生后的样品,作出GC最佳分离图谱,以Nc值和f＇w_i规律归一化定量,以改良德雷根道夫试剂显色出完全与GC分离谱峰相对应的TLC分离谱带。证明祥品加成反应、衍生化及GC分离的准确性,从而获得了满意的结果。
In this paper, the sample was separated into different compositions in the same group by TLC. The main compositions were derived into silicethereous -compounds and separated by GC, getting the best chromatogram. The quantities of the different compounds in the main compositions were determined by area normalization on the Nc values and the regularity of f'wi values. The main compositions were separated by TLC to get a graph on improving derlagendoph regent showing colours. The lines in the TLC graph exactly correspond with the peaks in the gas chromatography. This proves the progresses of the additivity, the derivation and the separation by GC arc right. So, the resulls are satisfactory
