摘要
本文在对淮安市自然保护区现状调查分析的基础上,得出自然保护区建设和管理中存在的基本问题,提出淮安市建设和发展自然保护区应采取的对策。
This text is on the basis of investigation and analysis of current situation of nature reserve in Huaian. It summarize the basic problem existing in construction and management of nature reserve, and put forth the countermeasure which should be adopted in constructing and developing nature reserve of Huai＇an.
