锌氨基酸螯合物对断奶仔猪补饲效果的研究 被引量:5

摘要 试验选用杜洛克×长白×约克夏29日龄断奶仔猪45头,随机接受基础饲粮相同、添加100mg/kg(以锌计)由无机锌(ZnSO4)和有机锌(Zn-AAC)组成的5种处理饲粮,研究不同配合比例的Zn-AAC与ZnSO4对断奶仔猪生长性能和血液指标的影响.28 d试验,分前期(1~14 d)和后期(15~28 d)两阶段.结果表明:用Zn-AAC分别取代ZnSO4的40%、60%、80%和100%,与对照组(ZnSO4 0%)比较,试验前期ADG分别提高22.0%(P>0.05)、38.5%(P<0.01)、32.6%(P<0.05)、26.2%(P<0.05),ADFI分别提高24.6%(P<0.05)、25.3%(P<0.05)、23.5%(P<0.05)、23.8%(P<0.05);试验后期所有含Zn-AAC组ADFI增加(P>0.05);FCR Zn-AAC 60%组全期提高4.2%(P<0.05);80%和100%的Zn-AAC组,血清锌浓度分别比对照增加1.63倍(P<0.01)和1.46倍(P<0.01),随着Zn-AAC取代量提高,血清IgG含量增加(P>0.05),各组血清ALP活性无显著差异.结论:断奶仔猪补饲常规剂量的锌氨基酸络合物,与ZnSO4比较,能够提高仔猪ADG和ADFI,增加血清锌浓度;有机锌与无机锌合用时饲喂效果优于单一使用,其最佳配合比例为Zn-AAC 60%加ZnSO4 40%. Forty five hybrid pigs of 29 days old were selected and randomly allotted to one of five dietary treatments. All animals were fed with the same basic diet supplied 100 mg/kg of zinc but with different proportions of organic zinc (Zn- AAC) and inorganic zinc (ZnSO4). This study explored the effect of different proportions of Zn - AAC and ZnSO4 on the growth performance and blood characters of weaning pigs. The 28 - day trial included two phases of day 1 to day 14 and day 15 to day 28. Data obtained in this study show: From day 1 to day 14, the ADG of piglets in group 2, 3, 4 and 5 increases by2 2.0% (P〉0.05), 38.5% (P〈0.01), 32.6% (P〈0.05), and26.2% (P〈0.05), respectively, and ADFI, by 24.6% (P〈0.05),25.3% (P〈0.05),23.5% (P〈0.05), and 23.8% (P〈0.05), respectively, when compared with the control piglets. From day 15 to day 28, all animals fed with Zn-AAC display higher ADFI than those in the control group (P 〉0.05), with no significant change in A DG. From day 1 to day 28, piglets fed diets with 60 % of Zn - AAC have statistical improvement in FCR (P〈0.05). Furthermore, the concentrations of serum zinc of those piglets fed diets with 80 % and 100 % of Zn - AAC are 1.63 - fold and 1.46 - fold higher than that of the control (P〈0.01). The amount of IgG in the serum rose up as the percentage of Zn-AAC increases (P〉 0.05). The activity of ALP in the serum of those animals does not vary significantly. In conclusion, the supplementation of zinc amino acid chelates with normal dosage can increase the ADG, ADFI, the zinc concentration in the serum. The combination of organic (Zn-AAC) and inorganic (ZnSO4) zinc is superior to either one. The optimal proportion of Zn - AAC to ZnSO4 is 60 : 40.
