摘要
深圳市人民医院通过建设医院文化,打造医疗服务优质品牌。在努力营造以病人为中心的服务文化中,一切从病人利益出发,“以人为本”。通过建设医院文化不断提高员工综合素质,增强广大员工的凝聚力,以提高医疗和科研水平的理念,使医院在竞争中占有优势,从而产生广泛的社会效益和经济效益。本文针对目前医院文化促进医院发展的情况进行了分析,旨在为新形势下进一步建设医院文化进行探讨。
With the construction of hospital culture, Shenzhen people's hospital established a fine brand. In the construction of service culture, we take the patients interest in the first place. Through improving the quality of medical staff, and innovating the medical treatment and scientific research, we have got predicted accomplishment. In the paper, present hospital culture is analyzed, and how to develop the culture is discussed.
