摘要
单晶铜线材主要是采用拉模拉丝方式生产,很难在生产现场实时测量其直径.本文介绍了基于一种机器视觉技术设备来检测单晶铜线材直径的方法,其直径由尺寸的像素数和尺寸与像素数之间的转换关系确定,实现了对单晶铜线材直径的非接触测量.
The main manufacturing technique of single-crystal copper wire is drawn-bench by draw die, it is considerably difficult to measure the diameter size. In this paper, a method based on machine vision technology is introduced to measure the diameter size of single-crystal copper wire, the diameter size is determined according to the conversion relationship and the number of image pixels, and the non-contact measure method of diameter of single-crystal copper wire is realized.
