摘要
随着我国社会主义市场经济、知识经济、信息经济的快速发展,特别是加入世界贸易组织(WTO),对我国金融业人力资源管理产生很大的冲击力。适应时代的需求,西部地区金融业正在逐步形成一种“以人为本”的全新的金融业管理理念。
