摘要
学科馆员作为一种高级专门人才,是联系图书馆与学校各专业、院、系的重要纽带。在高等教育大力发展的今天,学科馆员对于创新图书馆服务,完善图书馆员队伍,加速图书馆转型都有着重要意义。本文通过对建立学科馆员在上述几个方面作用的分析,进一步强调了学科馆员制度建立的必要性。
Important tie of discipline librarians is one senior specialized personnel linking library and every school specialty. Today when higher education is developed in a more cost-effective manner, the discipline librarians are of great significance to innovative library service, the improvement of library research team, and acceleration of library＇s transformation. Based on analysis of setting up “discipline librarians” , this paper has further put emphasis on the necessity of setting up discipline librarian system.
