两广地区香蕉根际寄生线虫的调查与鉴定 被引量:17

摘要 调查和鉴定了两广(广东、广西)地区香蕉根际寄生线虫的种类。从两广地区香蕉根际的62份样品中,共分离得到11属13种具口针的线虫;发生最普遍的线虫为根结属(MeloidogyneGoeldi),两省区香蕉根结线虫病(Root-KnotNematode,RKN)病原为南方根结线虫[M.incognita(KofoidetWhite)Chitwood]和爪哇根结线虫[M.javanica(Treub)Chitwood]的混合群体;其它分布较广的种包括肾形肾状线虫(RotylenchulusreniformisLinfordetOliveira)、双宫螺旋线虫[Helicotylenchusdihystera(Cobb)Sher]、南方丝尾垫刃线虫(FilenchusaustralisXieetFeng)和燕麦滑刃线虫(AphelenchusavenaeBastian)等;厚皮拟毛刺线虫(ParatrichodoruspachydermusSeinhorst)、装饰小环线虫[Criconemellaornata(Raski)LucetRaski]、松拟盘旋线虫(PararotylenchuspiniMamiya)、裸矮化线虫(TylenchorhynchusmaximusAllen)、普通丝尾垫刃线虫(FilenchusvulgarisBrzeski)、短小茎线虫(DitylenchusnanusSiddiqi)和蘑菇拟滑刃线虫(AphelenchoidesconimucronatusBessarabova)等为零星发生的种类。其中,拟毛刺属(ParatrichodorusSiddiqi)线虫首次在国内香蕉上报道。所有样本中均未检出穿孔线虫(Radopholusspp.)和短体线虫(Pratylenchusspp.)。 Investigation and identification were made of the banana parasitic nematodes in Guangdong and Guangxi. 13 species, 11 genera were identified from 62 root and soil samples. Root-knot nematode disease caused by the combined pathogens of Meloidogyne incognita (Kofoid et White) Chitwood and M. javanica (Treub) Chitwood was widely distributed in Guangdong and Guangxi. Other common species were Rotylenchulus reniformis Linford et Oliveira, Filenchus australis Xie et Feng, Helicotylenchus dihystera (Cobb) Sher and Aphelenchus avenae Bastian. Paratrichodorus pachydermus Seinhorst, Criconemella ornata (Raski) Luc et Raski, Pararotylenchus pini Mamiya, Tylenchorhynchus maximus Allen, Aphelenchoides conimucronatus Bessarabova, Ditylenchus nanus Siddiqi, Filenchus vulgaris Brzeski occurred sporadically. Occurrence of Paratr/chodorus Siddiqi and Paratrichodorus pachydermus Seinhorst in the bananas of Guangdong Province was first reported in China. Pratylenchus sp. and Rodopholus sp. were not detected in all samples.
