摘要
通过热重法、差示量热扫描法以及红外光谱法研究了由3,3,′4,4-′benzophenone tetracarboxy licd ianhydride(二苯酮四酸二酐,简称BTDA)和4,4-(′1,3-pheny lened ioxy)-d ian iline(CA S:2479-461)所形成的一种新型聚酰亚胺的非等温热分解过程,测得其失重5%温度为492℃,失重10%温度为530℃.用K iss inger-A kah ira-Sunose(KA S)法和O zaw a法求取活化能Ea,用热分析动力学三因子求算的比较法判断出可能的机理函数.新型聚酰亚胺热分解的活化能为160.30kJ/m o l,指前因子lnA为17.67.推断出可能的热反应机理函数为F 2,其微分式和积分式分别为(1-α)2和(1-α-)1-1.
Using TG-DTG, DSC and IR techniques, the non-lsothermal decomposition kinetics of a new polyimide (PI) which is synthesized by 3, 3', 4, 4'-benzophenone tetracarboxylic dianhydride (BTDA) and 4, 4'-(1,3- phenylenedioxy)-dianiline (CAS: 2479-461), were studied. The 5% weight loss temperatures is 492℃, and the 10% weight loss temperatures is 530℃. The activation energies were calculated through the Ozawa and Kissinger-Akahira-Sunose (KAS) methods, and the possible conversion functions had been estimated through the comparative method. The activation energy for the decomposition of the new polyimide is 160.30kJ/mol, and lnA is 17.67. The possible conversion functions for the decomposition is F2, the differential form is (1-α)^2 and the integral form is (1 -α)^-1- 1.
