摘要
土地资金的良性循环是顺利实施城市土地收购储备制度的必要保障。文章通过对城市土地收购储备资金利用效率的现状分析,指出了现有土地资金循环体系的缺陷以及造成缺陷深层次的原因,从资金的流入、流出以及外部环境等方面提出了提高城市土地储备资金利用效率的对策。
Positive cycle of land capital is the guarantee of practicing urban land reserve and purchasing institution. Based on an analysis of current efficiency of the use of land reserve purchase capital, the shortcomings and deep causes of the present capital cycle system are studied. Finally, strategies for the inflow, catflow and external circumstance of the land capital are looked at, which is believed to be supportive to the construction of a positive capital cycle system.
