摘要
本文从黑格尔论苏格拉底之死来对伦理与道德是互动的、流变的关系作一分析。伦理是客观的精神,是生活世界的秩序,是对人类理性关系和关系理性的揭示。道德则是个体对伦理的“得”,是个体对伦理的反思,是个体对伦理的主观映像以及重新的建构,道德以伦理为指向与归宿。不过,个体的道德对既有的伦理进行反思,产生对立与冲突,最终形成新的伦理,从而实现着伦理与道德的互动与流变。
This paper analyses the evolution between ethic and moral. Ethic is objective spirit, the order of the living world, and the revelation of human rational relationship. While moral is what one gets from ethic, moral is subjective reflection and construction of ethic which is the destination of moral. However moral may bring about opposition to ethic, and finally new ethic will come into being . Therefore ethic and moral are mutual relationship.
