摘要
目的探讨常见组织学类型大肠癌中缺氧诱导因子1α(HIF-1α)的表达及意义。方法应用组织芯片技术及免疫组织化学方法探测80例大肠癌及30例正常结肠粘膜中HIF-1α的表达情况。结果80例大肠癌和30例正常结肠粘膜中HIF-1α阳性率分别为58.8%和6.7%,两者比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。在不同组织学类型及不同浸润程度的大肠癌中,HIF-1α的表达差异无显著性意义。在淋巴结转移为阳性及阴性的两组大肠癌中HIF-1α的表达差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论HIF-1α在大肠癌的发生、发展中起着重要作用,组织芯片技术有快捷、方便、经济、准确的特点。
Objective To study the expression and significance of HIF-1α in the common histological types of colorectal carcinoma. Methods Using tissue chip technique and immunohistochemical methods, 80 specimens of colorectal carcinoma and 30 specimens of normal colorectal mucosa were studied for detecting HIF-1α. Results The positive rate of HIF-1α in colorectal carcinoma and in normal colorectal mucosa specimens were 58. 8% and 6. 7% respectively(P 0.01). The expressions of HIF-1α were not significant in a variety of histological types and infileration degrees of colorectal carcinima difference. The positive rate of HIF-1α in lymph nodals with or without metastasis were 71.7% and 33.3%, respectively (P〈0.01). Conclusion The over expression of HIF-1α may play an important role in oncogenesis of colorectal carcinoma. Tissue chip technique has fleetness, convenience, economy and accurate characteristics.
