摘要
本文以全国高职高专教育师资培训上海商学院基地为案例,阐述开展高职高专师资培训工作的有利因素,分析当前高职高专师资存在的主要问题,提出加大高职高专师资培训力度的对策措施。
The article is bases on the authors＇experience with Shanghai Business School, one of the national bases for training teachers working in vocational coUeges. The article iUustrates both the favorable factors and the major problems in teachers training, and puts forward counter measures for these problems.
