摘要
本文从学校体育以素质教育为核心及教师在教学活动中的主导作用出发,探讨体育教师所要具备的自身素质,即体育教师应是有广博的知识、有合作的精神、成熟的、常反思的、有创造性和艺术性的人。
From the core of quality education and teachers' guiding function, P.E. teachers must have their own quality. A teacher must be a person who has a wide knowledge with the qualities of cooperation, maturation, reflection, creation, and artistry.
