摘要
加入WTO,中国与世界接轨,这是机遇更是挑战,这对从事知识传播的高等院校图书馆来说,其冲击将是前所未有的。高等职业院校图书馆馆员的素质,关系到其职能能否充分发挥,关系到人才培养的规格,所以入世后对高等职业院校图书馆馆员进行继续教育显得尤为重要。
China＇s entry into the WTO offers a bridge between China and the rest of the world. In this case, librarians in the higher vocational colleges work under gerater pressure than ever. The qualities of those librarians are of great importance in terms of the full utilization of their ability and the level of personnel training. Further education to them becomes extremely significant at this critical moment.
