摘要
从不同角度论述了有氧运动对增龄小鼠身体机能的影响,认为长期有氧运动可以促进机体肝脏、肺以及心肌和骨骼肌抗氧化水平的提高,削弱自由基对线粒体的损伤,延缓与年龄相关器官的退行性变化.
This paper studied the effects of aerobic training on aging mice from different points. The results showed that long-term aerobic training could increase the antioxidant in liver, lung, heart and skeletal muscle. It can weaken the damage of free radical to mitochondrial, and delay the decline of physiological functions of organ as well.
