摘要
校园精神文化建设因其内涵丰富、表现形式庞杂,无固定模式可依,很难在短期内看出成效,而往往被忽视,影响校园精神文化在校园文化中核心作用的发挥。因此,加强校园精神文化建设是校园文化建设的核心内容。要加强校园精神文化建设,必须在准确把握其内涵、特点的基础上,明确大学办学理念,坚持科学、人文与创新精神的统一;强化思想教育,实现师生知、信、行的统一;坚持科学化、民主化管理,实行专家治校;继承、发扬和创新学校的文化传统。
Spiritual and cultural construction in college is often neglected because of its ample connotations, complex manifestations, and having no fixed modes to rely on, which influences the full play of the most important function of college spiritual culture. So reinforcing the spiritual and cultural construction in college is the main content of college cultural construction. In order to strengthen it, people should have a clear understanding of the guiding principle of their college, stick to the unity of science, humanism and innovation spirit, based on accurately grasping its connotation and characteristic. They also have to intensify ideology education, realizing the unity of knowledge, trust and practice, persist in scientific and democratic management, making their college run under the experts＇ leadership, inherit, develop, and innovate the cultural tradition of their college.
