摘要
高压低渗深井地层测试普遍采用射孔-测试联作工艺。在该项技术的应用中,由于射 孔枪点火瞬间产生的压力波动,使原有的井底压力瞬间发生改变,有时足以破坏井下工具和套管, 造成严重的井下事故。经对引起井筒压力场变化因素的讨论,对现场实测数据的分析,结合地层参 数,论述了射孔-测试联作管柱安全性,为评价射孔联作的安全性探索一条新思路,同时提出了减 小施工风险的措施。
Testing work to formation in high pressure, low percolation and deep well is always used perforation and test combination operating tech. during application of it, for pressure fluctuation produced at perforated gun ignited instantly changing the former bottom hole pressure and, sometimes, is so big that can break down hole tools and case which causes a serious down hole accident. The paper discusses factors causing the change of pressure field and the safety of this testing stem by applied tested data and reservoir parameters, finds a new way for evaluating the safety of this tech, meanwhile, presents the measures to decrease the operation risk.
