摘要
当前,积极构建社会主义和谐社会已成为社会的共识,同时,行政主体在为社会服务和管理的过程中,行政执法行为如何适应新时期的需要,努力推进社会主义和谐社会的构建日益成为人们重视的问题之一。人性化执法和社会主义和谐社会的构建都是国家现代化建设中的重要内容。而且,人性化执法是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要前提和内容之一。社会主义和谐社会的构建离不开人性化执法的全面实施,同时人性化执法的核心理念也与构建社会主义和谐社会的宗旨相一致。
At present construction of harmonious socialist society has become a common understating of the whole society. As the subject of social service and administration, administrative organs should adjust their behaviors to meet the needs of new era and strive to move forward the construction of harmonious socialist society. Both humanistic legal execution and construction of harmonious socialist society are important contents of national modernization. The former is also an important prerequisite and contents of the latter. The latter cannot live without the full implementation of the former, and the core notions of humanistic legal execution also go with the aims of harmonious socialist society.
