摘要
对富铬酵母进行一般药理学研究。结果表明：经口给予６ｇ／ｋｇ富铬酵母对小鼠、大鼠神经系统无明显影响，经口给予４００ｍｇ／ｋｇ富铬酵母，对麻醉犬呼吸、血压、心率和心电图均无明显作用。
The general pharmacological studies on Chromium-enriched yeast wereperformed in the paper.The resuIts showed that 6g/kg Chromium-enriched yeastadminiStered orally had no obvious actions on the central nervous system of mice andrats.By the same administrative method,it also did not influence the respiration,bloodpressure,heart rate and electrocardiograrn in anesthetic dogs.
