摘要
采用涂盐热腐蚀法研究了高速电弧喷涂(HVAS)FeA lCrN i/Cr3C2复合涂层的腐蚀特性,并用SEM、TEM、X射线衍射等手段分析了涂层的组织与性能、腐蚀表面和截面的形貌与成分。结果表明,复合涂层具有典型的层状结构和较高的力学性能;随着热腐蚀时间的增加,涂层的腐蚀速率呈现抛物线变化;随着热腐蚀温度升高,涂层的腐蚀增重增加较缓慢;腐蚀后涂层表面生成了氧化物和硫化物,其腐蚀机理为内氧化。
Hot salt corrosion method was used to analysis the corrosion properties of high velocity arc sprayed (HVAS) FeAlCrNi/Cr3C2 composite coatings,corrosion surface and cross sectional images and composites of coatings were analyzed by SEM,TEM and XRD. The results show that the coatings have typical layer structures and relatively good mechanical properties. The corrosion rates show the parabola changes with the increase of corrosion time;and corrosion rate increases slightly with increasing temperature. There are oxides and sulfides on the corrosion surface;the corrosion resistance mechanism is inner-oxidation.
