摘要
当前,有组织赌博犯罪具有成员主体类同性、纠合性,手段多样性,地域垄断性,对象选择特定性,职业化、武装化明显等特点,其滋生蔓延带来的治安、经济、社会等问题严重影响社会稳定。打击防范有组织赌博犯罪活动应增强紧迫感和责任感,提高打击防范实效,增强工作合力。
At present, organized gamhling is provided with the characteristics of identical member, combination, various means, monopoly power in region, specially designated object, profession of offense, and armed forces. It has produced a serious effect on national economy and public order. In order to crack down and take strict precautions against organized gamhling, we should enhance the sense of urgency and responsihility, raise working efficiency of attack and defense, and strengthen composite force.
