摘要
运用文献资料、访谈、调查与数理统计等方法对泉州市社区社会体育指导员的现状进行调查与分析,结果表明:泉州市社区社会体育指导员在发展规模上取得了可喜的成绩,但队伍在人员配置上还须进一步的优化;不同指导类型和指导动机的社会体育指导员在指导工作中存有差异;内外因素影响着社会体育指导员的队伍建设。文章就此提出相应的发展意见与建议,为完善社会体育指导员队伍建设提供参考。
The paper investigates and analyzes the actualities of social sports instructors in Quanzhou communities by means of documents, interviews and mathematic statistics. The results show： the number of social sports instructors in Quanzhou communities has been increasing, but the staffing needs further optimization; social sports instructors with different kinds of instructional types and motivations have different opinions on the coach - - work; the construction of instructing staff is affected by the internal and external factors. Based on this, the paper puts forward corresponding suggestions, which may serve as a reference for the construction of the instructing staff.
