摘要
针对传统的小直径金属管冷轧(冷拔)生产方式中存在的弊端,初步探讨用Y型轧机来生产小直径金属管。介绍了Y型轧机的独特特点,并对其变形过程和孔型设计进行了初步探讨。
Pinpointing the problems concerning the conventional small diameter metal tube coldrolling （drawing） manufacturing process. The authors attempt preliminarily to produce this kind of tube with Y type rolling mill. Presented in the paper are the unique advantages of Y type rolling mill and a cursory review on ＇deforming feature ＆ pass design.
