摘要
目的:探讨全程化药学服务与医疗保险住院病人用药管理的关系。方法:介绍全程化药学服务的理念和作用,分析医疗保险住院病人用药管理中存在的问题,并提出建议。结果与结论:管理医疗保险住院病人用药的关键在于按照临床药学实践方案完成全程化药学服务,以及通过药物经济学原理和方法控制医疗保险住院病人用药支出。
OBJECTIVE ：To probe into the relation between integrated pharmaceutical care and the drug use administration of inpatients with medical insurance. METHODS： The principle and the role of the integrated pharmaceutical care were introduced; and the problems in the drug use administration of inpatients with medical insurance were analyzed and some suggestions were put forward accordingly. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： The key in drug use administration of inpatients with medical insurance is to implement integrated pharmaceutical care in accordance with clinical pharmacy practice program and to keep the medical expenditures under control by means of principles and methods in pharmacoeconomics.
