摘要
大学自治与司法介入有着密切的关系。大学自治是现代高等教育管理中最普遍的价值信念和基本原则,但大学自治不是绝对的。当自治权的行使侵害到受教育者的基本权利时,司法的有限介入就成为了一种必要。
The autonomy of the universities is closely related to the judicial intervention. The autonomy of the universities is the most common value and basic principle in the management of the modern higher education but the autonomy of the universities is not absolute. Limited judicial intervention becomes necessary when the exertion of the autonomy is infracting the basic rights of the educatees.
