摘要
通过测试,评估国产BHP6601型SPECT仪的产品质量和各项性能指标。参照NEMA规范和厂方技术标准,以常规测量模型以及相应的放射源(99mTc、131I)对SPECT系统进行全面的性能测量,亦包括系统的物理、机械性能等。固有空间分辨率3.8mm,固有非均匀性±(2.1～3.2)%,固有空间非线性(0.1～0.6)mm,系统空间分辨率(CFOV):FWHM:9.3mm,FWTM:17.0mm;系统非均匀性:积分±2.3%,微分±1.9%,系统灵敏度(LEGP):12.1s-1(kBq/cm2)。结果表明,测量指标达到国家标准。仪器性能稳定可靠,能满足临床需要。
Object To evaluate the performance and quality control of Domestic BHP6601 SPECT. Method The system function is measured according to the standards of NAME and manufacture. A brief introduction is given to quality control of SPECT in terms of its spatial resolution, energy resolution, linearity, sensitivity and etc. Result Intrinsic index： spatial resolution is 3.8 mm, uniformity ±2.1-3.2%, linearity（0.1 - 0.6） mm;System index： spatial resolution 9.3 ram, integral uniformity ±2.3%, differential uniformity ±1.9%, system sensitivity12.1s^-1（kBq/cm^2） ,Conclusion The measurement results meet the requirement of national standards. The performance of BHP6601 is stable, and can meet the demand of clinic.
