摘要
在对定子上有磁钢的感应子式步进电机工作原理分析的基础上,运用步进电机在不同工作状态下,转子小齿与定子磁极小齿之间相对位置的作图法,成功地解决了该类电机实现可逆的要求。并以43BYG-2/18步进电机为例,作了定、转子相对位置图进行研制,实验情况与理论分析完全吻合。
Based the analyzing operating principle for the inductor stepping motor with the magnet steel in the stator, this paper uses the drawing method to embody the relative location between the small rack of the rotor and the small rack of the magnetic pole of the stator under the different working condition and thereLy successfully solving the problem of the relizing convertible for this kind of motors. As a example, we develop the 43BYG-2/18 stepping motor with the help of drawing the relative location of the stator and rotor and the experimental data tallies with the theory analysis.
