摘要
BOT方式是当前各国广泛用于基础设施建设的一种投融资方式,在介绍BOT的概念、发展过程、特点及用BOT方式筹集建设资金的优越性的基础上,根据国家有关运用BOT方式的规定,对我国水务项目利用BOT方式进行融资提出有关建议。
BOT （Build- Operate- Transfer） is a investment and financing mode that is widely applied at infrastructure all the world in current. The conception, development and characters of BOT are presented. Then the advantages of raising construction money using BOT are analyzed. Last, based on the state prescript in using BOT, the advices of investment and financing mode using BOT in our water industry projects are proposed.
