摘要
近20年来私营部门在农业科研中发展迅速,针对在进行过程中其所处的环境是否有利于产业发展的疑问,采用决策层次分析法,首先建立私营部门决策层次分析结构,然后选择可行的方法进行解析,结果表明,发现促进私营部门的农业发展需要一组环境的优化。
In recent twenty years, the private sector has rapidly developed in the agriculture scientific research, but is the environment in favor of its agriculture development or not in the course？ So the way of the decision- making arrangement analysis was introduced. The structure was build in advance, and then the means was selected to resolve it. The optimization of some environment can accelerate the agriculture evolution.
