摘要
目的探讨凯尼汀阴道片对霉菌性阴道炎病原菌的抑菌作用.方法应用美国临床实验室标准化委员会NCCLSM27-A肉汤稀释法检测凯尼汀阴道片对100株霉菌性阴道炎患者分离的念株菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC).结果念株菌MIC为1.875～6.25mg·mL-1,MIC50,3.75mg*mL-1,MIC90,6.25mg·mL-1;白念珠菌MIC为0.92～3.75mg·mL-1,MIC50,1.875mg·mL-1,MIC90,3.75mg·mL-1.结论凯尼汀阴道片对所有念珠菌均有不同程度的抑制作用,其中对白念株菌效果最好.
OBJECTIVE To evaluate bacteriostasis of Canesten Vaginal Tablet to Candida strains in Candida Vaginitis. METHODS Minimal inhibitory concentration （MIC） of Canesten Vaginal Tablet to 100 Candida strains isolated from clinical vaginitis specimens was detected by NCCLS agar dilution method （M27- A）. RESULTS MIC was 1. 875 - 6.25mg · mL^-1, MIC50, 3. 75mg - mL^-1, MIC90, 6.25mg · mL^-1 for Candida strains; 0. 92 - 3.75mg · mL^-1, MIC50, 1. 875mg · mL^-1, MIC90 3. 75mg · mL^-1 for Candida albicans. CONCLUSION Canesten Vaginal Tablet was an inhibitory drug on all test-Candida strains in different extent, MIC of Candida albicans was the lowest.
