摘要
文章在列举我国能源资源分布的基础上,对能源布局的现状进行了分析,并针对存在的问题,明确了我国能源布局安全的指导思想和原则,确定了各种一次性能源的开采顺序,规划了能源均衡开发区,以增强我国能源布局的安全性。
This paper studies the current situation of national energy distribution based on energy source distribution, and proposes the instructive ideas and distribution principles of energy distribution safety against the problems in current energy distribution. Also It stresses the tapping order of non-renewable energies, sketchs out the balance development zone in energy region, in order to promote the safety of energy distribution in China.
