摘要 以宁夏大学农学院试验农场和半干旱地区的固原大堡为试点,研究了生态条件和栽培技术对小麦产量和品质的影响.结果表明,生态条件和栽培技术措施都能引起春小麦产量和籽粒蛋白质含量的变化.生态条件不同时,环境条件是影响产量的主要因素,而生态条件相同时,栽培技术措施对小麦产量和蛋白质含量有显著影响.地力低时增施基肥,小麦孕穗至开花期追施氮肥均可提高籽粒蛋白质含量.通过培肥地力及合理的肥水运筹措施可以打破小麦产量和蛋白质含量之间的负相关关系.适期播种不仅产量高而且品质好. Selecting the farm of Ningxia University and Dapu station of Guyuan city as research samples, the paper studied the effect of ecological condition and culture technology to the yields and quality of spring wheat. The results showed that the yield and the protein content of spring wheat were different under different culture technology and ecological condition. Environment condition was the main affecting factor to the spring wheat yield under different ecological condition. But culture technology had a significant affection to the yield and protein content of the spring wheat, when ecological conditions for wheat growth were same. Applying Nitrogen fertilizer during spike to flowering stage of wheat or applying base manure for the farmlands with lower soil fertility could increase the protein content of the wheat. Increasing soil fertility and harmony the correlation fertilizer and soil water changed the negative correlativity between the yield and the protein content, and sowing at the proper period would improve the yield and quality of the wheat.
